Considering the limited space in the backpacks, it's advisable to grab at least three frag grenades, two smoke grenades and a Molotov cocktail. If you are having additional space, then grabbing the stun grenades is not a bad option at all. Remember - grenades are strictly to be used in close encounters, but use them whenever the opportunity is ripe.
